With over 20 years of industry
experience, Bob is a seasoned hand at creating compelling TV programmes
and corporate videos. Some of his creations have become almost iconic
in the Malaysian TV industry, including children’s programme Along,
food programme Makan-Makan, and magazine programme Shop@Dapat.
He can also count Canon, The Sunway Group,
P&G, and General
Electric among his list of clients. He has a knack of getting
the best out of his team, leading to compact, streamlined production
teams that produce imaginative videos. A hands-on approach to all his
projects means Bob invariably contributes on all aspects of production,
from producing, directing, writing and post-production.

in Software Engineering, Bala joined the industry when he realized that
devoloping
IT solutions for corporate clients was simply suffocating his
creativity. He has produced and directed award winning indie short
films and
also produced music videos and
TV programmes for RTM.
Bala also has edited Malaysian TV
series and dramas such as Impian Illyana, Gol
& Gincu and Sadiq
& Co.

Long, majored in Marketing Communication, believes that communication
does not only play an important role in our everyday live, but it is
also an important device when it comes to story telling - have it be in
films, or even corporate videos. He was previously involved in Chinese
Dramas, Music Videos, and also Indie Films.
